Celebrate North Carolina's flourishing wine industry at the 13th annual Stanly County Winter Wine Festival on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 12-5pm in downtown Albemarle, NC.
**New venue info: This event has outgrown Market Station, where it has been held for the past several years. To better accommodate our guests and vendors, the festival is moving up Main Street from Market Station to the heart of downtown Albemarle on First and Second Streets. Participating downtown businesses will host vendors, and there will be plentiful space for guests to gather and enjoy the festival. Enjoy an unforgettable experience with an afternoon of shopping, dining, wine tasting, wine-related crafts, and entertainment by DJ Dean.
Admission is $25 in advance, then $30 the day of the event. Each guest will receive one tasting glass, an armband for admission, and 25 tokens to use for wine samples. The tokens are implemented this year to comply with NC ABC regulations. Samples must be consumed before leaving each vendor area.
Bottled wine will still be available for purchase from participating vineyards, and guests can utilize the Downtown Albemarle Social District to enjoy beverages and shop.
